Mackenzie Kauffman and Daniel Bosse are engaged to be married on Oct. 1, at the Greenwood Furnace State Park chapel.
She is the daughter of Pete and Nancy Kauffman, of Belleville. She is a 2007 graduate of Indian Valley High School, and a 2011 graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. She is employed by Hershey Medical Center as a registered nurse.
He is the son of Scott and Diane Bosse, of Sykesville, Md. He is a 2007 graduate of Century High School, and a 2011 graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering.
