Kari Mackneer, of Lewistown, and Duane Gildea, of Saxton, are engaged to be married on Oct. 29 at Panama City Beach, Fla.
She is the daughter of Keith and Joyce Mackneer, of Lewistown. She is a graduate of Lewistown Area High School, Penn State University and Chatham University. She is the social service director at Park Meadows Rehabilitation in Gainesville, Fla.
He is the son of Mary Miller, of Saxton, and the late Allen Gildea. He attended Tussey Mountain High School and Penn State University. He operates a cleaning business in Gainesville, Fla.
