Vickie L. Manning, of Yeagertown, and Walter L. Mitchell, of Mifflinburg, are engaged to be married on July 23 at Freedom Fellowship Church.
She is the daughter of Donald and Doris McCartle, of Yeagertown. She is employed as a computer operations analyst at Woodmode.
He is the son of Walter and Pauline Mitchell, of Mifflinburg. He is a retired relocation engineer for North American Van Lines.
