Heather Miller, of Burnham, and Justin Hartley, of Lewistown, are engaged to be married on August 20, 2011, at Laurel Rock Farm in Mifflintown.
She is the daughter of Lori and Kenn Miller, of Burnham. She is a 2009 graduate of Indian Valley High School and is currently attending the Lewistown Hospital School of Nursing. She is employed as a nurse aide at Locust Grove Retirement Village.
He is the son of Tammy and David Lucci, of Lewistown and Nelson Hartley, of State College. He is a 2004 graduate of Lewistown Area High School and a 2009 graduate of YTI Career Institute. He is employed at Nittany Media Inc. in Lewistown.
