Julie Wagner, of Burnham, and Ronald Seby Jr., of Lewistown, are engaged to be married on May 28.
She is the daughter of Betty Lou Burd, of Lewistown. She is a 1995 graduate of Indian Valley High School and a 1997 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology. She is employed as a caseworker with the Mifflin County Assistance Office.
He is the son of Ronald Sr. and Edith Seby, of Lewistown. He is a 1994 graduate of Indian Valley High School. He is employed as electrician with Robert P. Lepley, LLC.
