Ashley Harshbarger, of Millerstown, and Chad Hoover, of Patton, are engaged to be married in the spring of 2011.
She is a 2006 graduate of Juniata High School and a 2010 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. She is employed as an intern at the Center for Dairy Excellence, Harrisburg.
He is a 2006 graduate of Cambria Heights High School and 2010 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. He is employed as a dairy farmer at Orchardvale Farms, Patton.
