Angela Wilson and Jason Benavides, both of Charlotte, N.C., were married Aug. 15, 2009, aboard the Catawba Queen in Mooresville, N.C.
The bride is the daughter of James and Lou Ann Wilson, of McClure. The groom is the son of Raul and Olga Benavides, of Wichita, Kan.
Amanda Wilson, of San Diego, Calif., sister of the bride, was maid of honor.

The bride is employed as a risk manager at Bank of America, and the groom is employed as a layout editor at the Charlotte Observer.
Following a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple live in Charlotte.
