Dauberts celebrate 50th anniversary

Thomas C. and Gloria E. (Steele) Daubert, of Lewistown, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

They were married on Feb. 6, 1960, at the Christian Misionary and Alliance Church, Granville, officiated by Pastor Wilberton C. Neff and Rev. James Steele.

The couple celebrated their anniversary with a party given by their children in their honor.

They are the parents of: Thomas C. Daubert II, Lewistown; Mark and Victoria Daubert, Lewistown; and Jody and Barbara Knepp, Lewistown. Their grandchildren are: Jennifer Wray, Stephen Daubert, Elaine and Elizabeth Daubert, Nicholas, Nathan, Zachary, Ethan and Katie Knepp, and the late Nichole Daubert; and they have a great-grandson, Noah Wray.

Thomas is the owner of T.C. Daubert Trucking and Gloria is a homemaker.

They are members of Yeagertown United Methodist Church.

They attribute the success of their marriage to patience, love and faith.
