TUJUNGA, Calif. - Larry D. Slack, 67, passed away in Tujunga, Calif., on Jan. 21, 2010, at Verdugo Hills Hospital.
Born Nov. 7, 1942, in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Russell Slack and Lela (Keiser) Slack.
He is survived by his wife, Bernadette (Perdue) Slack and daughter, Tamara Grialvia and husband, Jose, of Tujunga.
Also surviving is a sister, JoAnn Troutman and husband Vic, of Granville.
A private service will be held.
