Kenneth and Sara Marker, of Lewistown, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married on Nov. 27, 1959, at Trinity United Church of Christ, Lewistown, with the Rev. Theron Snyder officiating.
They are the parents of two children, Karen Battista, of Lewistown, and Thomas Marker, of Lewistown. They have four grandchildren, Chad, Cody and Cory Battista, and Elaina Marker.
He is retired from Glenco Construction, and she is retired from Horizon Savings and Loan.
They attribute the success of their marriage to caring, loving, always being there for each other and doing things together.
