HUNTINGDON - Pennsylvania State Police Huntingdon said a McVeytown woman died on Oct. 22, following a head on collision with another car on state Route 22 at Mill Stone Manor in Henderson Township.

Police said Teresa Shope, 49, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. She was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Police said the occupants of other car, Thomas and Linda McMath, both 62-years-of age and from Shade Gap, were flown to Altoona Hospital via helicopter. Both were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.
