CLEARFIELD - Robert William Morrison, 84, formerly of Clearfield, died at 6:55 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009, at the home of his daughter, Paulene Zook, of East Waterford.

Born April 16, 1925, in Clearfield, he was the son of the late Paul N. and Leona (Kephart) Morrison.

He is survived by three sons, Robert W. II and wife Linda, of Clearfield, James and wife Helen, of Dunnville, Ontario, Canada, Mark and wife Kim, of Mattawana; and six daughters, Cherylynn, of Didsbury, Alberta, Canada, Paulene and husband Marlin Zook, of East Waterford, Karen and husband Russell Selfridge, of New Millport, Janette and husband Lonnie, of Strathmoore, Alberta, Canada, Annette and husband Randy Moore, of Creston, British Columbia, Canada, and Deborah and husband George Doell, of Winkler, Manitoba, Canada; 36 grandchildren; 36 great- grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

He is also survived by one brother, James Morrison and wife Erika, of Lower Burrell and two sisters, Bonita Deibert and husband Richard, of Lancaster, and Sherry Chesney and husband Albert, of Karthaus.

He was preceeded in death by his wife, Lennie E. (Davis) on Jan. 15, 2004, whom he married on Sept. 11, 1946; one brother Raymond and his wife Shirley; two sisters, Roselyn Dorene Baughmann and her husband Herbert and Ruth Gearhart and her husband Donald; and two grandsons.

Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 21 at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home in Clearfield, and again prior to services at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 22 at the Mormon Church in Phillipsburg.
