Edwin and Faye Boaz, of McVeytown, recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. They were married June 28, 1969, at St. Johns United Methodist Church in McAlisterville. They celebrated their anniversary with a trip to the Hudson Valley in New York.
They are the parents of two children: Angela, and husband, Steven Bell, of Thompsontown; and Chad Boaz, of Yeagertown. They have a grandson, Ethan Bell.
Edwin is retired from J.M. Young & Son, of Belleville. They are members of McVeytown United Methodist Church.
