Gary and Sue Oden, of Lewistown, celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on May 17, 2009.
The couple was married May 17, 1969, at the First United Church of Christ in Irwin.
They will celebrate with their children and grandchildren this summer during an annual family trip to the Outer Banks, N.C.

They are the parents of Amy Oden, of Reedsville; Gary Oden and wife, Katarina, of Bellefonte; and Erik Oden and wife, Kylee, of Lewistown. They have five grandchildren, Savannah, Styers, Karolina, Hart Oden and Lara Oden.
Gary and Sue are the owners of Dunkin' Donuts, of Burnham, Lewistown and Lock Haven. They are semi-retired and enjoy taking frequent trips in their motor home, and spending time with their family and friends.
They are members of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
