BURNHAM - A Lewistown resident was arrest on Thursday after allegedly pulling a revolver on a man in Burnham, Mifflin County Regional Police report.

Police said Jeffrey Wagner reported that while crossing Ewardtown Road, he was almost struck by a red Dodge pickup truck. The operator of the truck, Jeremy D. Schreck, 35, stopped his vehicle and the two men engaged in a verbal dispute, police said.

Wagner alleged that during the dispute, Schreck removed a revolver from his vehicle and pointed the handgun at Wagner, and Schreck then left in his vehicle according to the report.

Police said they stopped the vehicle on Red Rock Road and recovered a loaded .357 magnum revolver from the vehicle.

Schreck was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and terroristic threats, the report indicates.

Schreck was arraigned before District Judge Jack Miller and lodged at Mifflin County Correctional Facility before posting bail.
