Walters’ celebrate 60th anniversary

Kitty and Dutch Walters, of Port Royal, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary during a reception held at their home on April 9. The couple was married by Rev. Paul DeLauter on April 9, 1948, at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Mifflintown.

The reception was held by their daughters, Deb White and husband, Dale, of Glendale, Ariz.; and Cyndi Stiles and husband, Bob, of Greensburg.

They have two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is retired from Hilltop Oil, Mifflintown.
